 Michael Gelb is a former journalist who covered the White House and wrote about national politics and economic policy for more than 15 years at BNA and Reuters News Agency.   

Currently, he provides writing, editing, and strategic consulting services at his own firm, Gelb Strategies.  Mike has provided tremendous writing support and research contributions for the completion of "Making the Right Moves". A native of Scranton, PA, he holds a degree in history from Penn State and lives in Vienna, Va.,

 Diane Royer is Roy's daughter and co-producer of Roy's book " Making the Right Moves": Rikers Island & NYC Corrections. She is a marketing director in the high-tech arena, enjoys music, photography and volunteering at her local church.

As a Journalism major and graduate of The University of Maryland Philip Merrill School of Journalism, Racquel provides social media and writing support for the Roy and Rikers initiatives.

Chris is a former Health & Society major from the State University of New York in Old Westbury. Chris provides community outreach support, video production direction and oversees the management of on-site visits and field support.
